We are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can initiate the refund process within 30 days of receiving your package.

Returns & Exchanges

The following conditions must applied:

Product(s) must be returned within 30 days after your receive the package!
Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as you received.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 and 12 business days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail.Shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
